We love all of our clients at Sage Hair & Beauty Co, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon.

Please take the time to read our FAQ’s and Salon Policies below before your first visit.

 If you have any questions, just get in touch.

DEPOSITS

To book your next appointment with us at Sage Hair & Beauty Co., we require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit is necessary to ensure that we can provide you with the best service possible. You can make your deposit directly via our online booking system, or by visiting us in person.

If you have any questions about the deposit process or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

CANCELATION/NO SHOWS

At Sage Hair & Beauty Co, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know.

If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit is not transferrable or refunded.

TARDINESS

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Sage Hair & Beauty Co and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment for another time and a late cancellation fee will occur.

If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
